Satinder Chera is currently the President of the Canadian Convenience Stores Association (CCSA), where he represents the interests of Canada’s $56 billion convenience retail channel. Prior to joining the CCSA, Satinder spent over a decade at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, where he worked in progressively senior leadership roles from Director to VP Legislative Affairs, VP Communications and finally VP Strategic Relationships. Satinder has also served as a senior advisor in both the BC and Ontario Governments. Satinder received his MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, MA from the University of Waterloo and BA (Hon.) from the University of Toronto.
