Khalid Abdul Razak is an accomplished strategist and creative. He has spent the last 10 years of his career in top-tier management consulting, which included firms such as EY and MNP. There he worked with C-suites and executives of various-sized organizations from start-ups to FP500 companies on strategy development, customer acquisition and growth, operating and business model design, process improvement, and innovation enablement.
Khalid has authored multiple global thought leadership papers including the first nationally published whitepaper on cannabis retail by a ‘Big Four’ firm. He has been recognized both locally and nationally for his contributions to innovation – which included being named one of the top 5 innovators in Canada two years in a row in his last firm. Prior to consulting, Khalid worked at a startup hub helping entrepreneurs take their ideas from concept to commercialization.
Khalid is now spearheading a startup (in the cannabis space) at the intersection of AI, Strategy, and Brand. He is also the Chairman of the Alberta Cannabis Collective (ABCC) – Alberta’s first industry association exclusively for cannabis retailers – and an advisor to multiple cannabis companies.
