Doris Miculan Bradley is a Professor and Program Coordinator at The School of Hospitality Tourism Management at George Brown College, Toronto. She currently sits as the President for Grapes for Humanity Canada.
Doris served the Board of Directors for The Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and currently sits on the Board of the Les Dames d’Escoffier as Vice President. In 2018, The Canadian Association of Professional Cannabis Sommeliers was founded to foster skills for individuals and professionals dedicated to the history, tradition and future of the Cannabis Industry. Doris is holds the title of Gentle Dame, knighted by Chateau Magnol in Bordeaux, France.
