Chris Lavin is a Partner and Public Sector Alberta Lead in the MNP Consulting practice based in Edmonton and serving clients locally and nationally. Chris has almost 20 years of consulting experience as President and founder of Solved. Strategic Management Consultants, Partner and Public Sector Alberta Leader at Ernst & Young, Vice President Management Consulting at Sierra Systems and as well as consulting roles at TkMC and KPMG. He has worked on projects throughout Canada, the U.S, the U.K., and France. Chris is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant and is former Past President of the Institute of Certified Consultants of Alberta, and a former Director of CMC-Canada’s National Board. Chris has focused his professional experience and expertise on advising senior executives on organizational and business transformation, and change initiatives. His experience includes complex project management, systems integration, process analysis and redesign, strategic business management and organizational review, operations management and reorganization, activity-based management and marketing strategy.
Chris recently led MNP’s work with a Provincial Agency to inform distribution options for cannabis in their province. Chris and the team develop a number of alternative distribution scenarios and assessed the implications of each. This work effort included detailed costing scenarios for viable warehouse distribution and retail models.
