- Tuesday, August 1: 1-5 p.m. (600 SF or larger and Official Partners ONLY with Show Management approval)
- Wednesday, August 2: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Thursday, August 3: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Exhibitors can either ship to the advance warehouse or direct to show site. Please check back soon for more information, deadlines, addresses and order forms that will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Exhibitors can order any items for their booths including furniture, carpet, etc., from Levy. The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available soon.
Exhibitors can order any services for their booths including wifi, electrical, cleaning and parking from Moscone Center.
Exhibitors will utilize Lift’s exhibitor registration site to register their staff for badges. Badge allotment is (4) badges per 100 square feet for a maximum of 16 badges. Additional badges may be purchased. Exhibitors are also eligible for discounted Lift Cannabis Business Conference (LCBC) tickets.
Exhibitor registration is accessed through the Exhibitor Console. Contact Colleen Bay, Lift Show Manager, for further assistance.

Coming soon! Exhibitors should note the early bird deadlines for ordering services through Moscone Center and Levy. Lift Show Management encourages exhibitors to place all orders prior to these deadlines to receive the most cost effective pricing for items and services related to exhibiting at Lift San Francisco.

The following items are not included with the price of your booth space and will be at an additional expense to the exhibitor:
- Material Handling
- Furniture + Accessories
- Carpet
- Power + Lighting
- Internet
- Booth Cleaning
- AV
- Rigging
You may appreciate knowing in advance that union labor may be required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling, including installing/dismantling your booth, material handling and electrical. Detailed information regarding union rules and regulations can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Contact us with any questions.
Exhibitors may hand carry only what they can manage by themselves (one person) in one trip, using no equipment.
Cart service will be offered at Moscone Center for a nominal charge for exhibitors who need additional help moving their freight to their booth.
Any exhibitors needing a pallet jack, forklift, or any equipment to unload their freight, or freight arriving with a logistics carrier, will need to order material handling through Levy.
